Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are confirming that you have read and accept my Terms of Service. Failure to uphold your end of the agreement will void your order and result in a refund, as well as potential blacklisting.
General
● I cannot do business with anyone under the age of 18.
● I will keep clients' names anonymous if desired. I do not accept private commissions.
● I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable with doing or is outside of my ability.
What I Need from You
● I require 1 - 3 clear, colored references of your character(s). Digital, unshaded refs are preferred. 3D models may be accepted case-by-case.
● Keep requests short, simple and flexible, as I prefer to be given creative freedom with my works.
● Please compile ALL your information into your initial message, this helps me greatly in keeping track of what you want!
Payment and Refunds
● I will send you an invoice thru Paypal; I will not start a commission until payment is sent. I do not accept crypto currency in any form.
● Refunds will ONLY be given if I am unable to complete your commission, or fail to meet my deadline.
● Filing a chargeback at any time will result in a permanent blacklisting.
Turnaround
● All commissions are completed within 1-2 months after payment is received. Updates will be made to my public queue (see trello link below) to reflect progress.
● You will receive a sketch to approve. Once approved, I will not make any further changes to the lines, so please voice any and all concerns at this stage. I may charge extra for excessive edits.
● I will inform my clients immediately if any unexpected delays occur.
When Completed
● You may NOT alter or profit from my work in any way - this includes but is not limited to selling merch, minting your commission as an NFT, or using it to train AI.
● Feel free to use your commission(s) for personal purposes, such as reuploading to your galleries, using as icons/avatars, printing for your own use, etc.
● If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact me before opening a dispute, and I will work with you on a solution.
